Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data and connected-account data at any time. There are three ways to do this, described below.

1. In-app self-service

• Go to Settings → Accounts and disconnect any linked social platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook/Threads) at any time. Disconnecting immediately removes the stored OAuth tokens and provider account link for that platform.
• Deleting releases, scheduled posts, or uploaded assets from the app removes them from the active database right away.

2. Full account & data deletion request

To request deletion of your entire account and all associated personal data — including profile information, uploaded audio and artwork, generated videos and clips, analytics history, and connected-platform tokens — email dropkitstudio@dropkitstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email so we can verify ownership. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we will email you a confirmation once it is done.

3. Automatic deletion via connected platforms

If you disconnect or remove DropKit Studio's access from within Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, or X's own account settings, those platforms may automatically notify us to delete your associated data on our end. DropKit Studio already implements Meta's Data Deletion Request Callback for this purpose, so deletion requests originating from Meta are processed automatically.

What is deleted vs. retained

Active data — your profile, uploaded files, generated outputs, analytics records, and stored platform tokens — is removed from our active systems within a reasonable time of a verified deletion request. Encrypted backups may retain copies for a limited period under our hosting provider's standard retention window before being purged, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
