Required elements

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URLs, project IDs, filenames);
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing or was removed by mistake.
