Information we collect

• Account information: email address and display name when you sign up.
• Content you provide: song titles, release metadata, artwork references, uploaded audio/image files, and generated promo copy.
• Connected platforms: when you connect social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook/Threads), we receive a provider user ID, handle, and OAuth tokens needed to post on your behalf. We never receive or store your social account password.
• Usage and analytics: link clicks, page views, and in-app events used to improve the product.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve DropKit Studio features.
• To render music videos, generate social cuts, and schedule posts to platforms you connect.
• To send you in-app notifications, email updates, and alerts about your scheduled posts.
• To analyze usage and fix issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your audio or artwork to train third-party AI models.

Data sharing and subprocessors

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, and email delivery. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate data-processing terms.

Payments and billing are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. When you make a purchase, Stripe receives the personal and payment data needed to process the transaction, issue receipts, and manage subscriptions. We never see or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy notice.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the app is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

• Access, update, or delete your account information from the app settings.
• Disconnect any linked social account at any time from the Accounts page.
• Delete releases, scheduled posts, and uploaded assets, which removes them from the active database.
• Request a copy of or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, we remove the data from our active systems within a reasonable time. Backups may retain copies for a limited period under our hosting provider's standard retention windows.
